Best Paper Award at ABAW Workshop/ECCV 2026

We are thrilled to announce that HERON senior researcher Panagiotis P. Filntisis, together with Dharmen Selvaratnam, George Retsinas, and Dena Bazazian, won the Best Paper Award at the 11th ABAW Workshop/ECCV 2026 (European Conference on Computer Vision 2026) for their publication “AU-SMIRK: Learning an Action-Unit Space from FLAME Expressions for AU-Aware 3D Face Reconstruction and Continuous Editing.”
