Participation in Greek Space Tech Forum 2025

On 2 July 2025, HERON’s Deputy Director Prof. Evangelos Papadopoulos, participated in a discussion at the Greek Space Tech Forum 2025, held at the Ioannis Despotopoulos Amphitheater of the Athens Conservatory. He also presented key activities in the field of Space Robotics with his talk entitled “35 Years of Space Robotics Research at the Control Systems Lab, NTUA and Abroad.”

The Greek Space Tech Forum, is a premier international event with a focus on Space Robotics, organized this year for the second time on 1–2 July 2025. This two-day forum highlighted both the opportunities and challenges for advancing Greece’s growing Space Ecosystem, which has been developing microsatellites, components, and new technological applications in recent years.

Prof. Evangelos Papadopoulos’ presentation, reflecting on more than three decades of technological expertise, research evolution, and contributions to the advancement of Space Robotics, was attended by top representatives from industry, academia, and leading companies in the field.
